I think the art isn't fit for the story. There's no "charm", it's on par with generic shonen :/ IMO

@balenol I'm not complaining about the art, but the themes of the sequel are different from the prequel. So, maybe that's what he was referring to. Also, the chemistry btwn Holo and Lawrence was a major factor of what sold the story to me, personally

@Sollertia_ i guess for some, the sequel will never be able to live up to the original. I enjoy this manga though. Back then it was about micro economy but now it seems to be a lot more philosophical/theological.

Keep up the translation! 2nd volume due out next month in Japan. First volume OL English I think is in Dec of 2020, unless it gets pushed back.
