One's an unrefined free web manga, the other is a polished product and is being published commercially.
Overall, the plot remains the same, but certain details are different.

The biggest difference being that of Mika's stalkers.

I wonder why he hasnt thought of just killing himself yet to go back to the past. I think it would be better if he went back to the past and find the guy that way. instead of here. but luckily Miyama is there to help. I sure wish he would stay by his word and also focus on Miyamas future too.
