About time he was forced to acknowledge it. It’s a critical point on the path of his development.

When the title of a series is name-dropped by the characters

@KeiosKod, most likely from the 2nd stalker, who seems to be the actual time travel/main offender.

I wonder how he'll ever stop the other guy, If he kills him he'll just travel back in time

The gap between the time leap and current time seems to be shrinking, probably the climax will be when both time leapers realize that there's no turning back.

Nah I still think it's that asshole that Mika was with in ch 26&27 but if this is different from the original draft then I'd be happy to see it. I wonder if this is ending/climax or if it's just the end one mystery.

@t28: He’s always known it was creepy, but he at least believed that it was out of proper love for Mika. And of course, the other culprit also believes his actions are all from a pure and just love, I’m sure. So BB I’d say it’s less acknowledging it, but more actually examining his feelings more in depth and properly understanding himself and the kind of person he really is.

I'm hoping when it's close to ending, he won't be thrown to the future again, doesn't matter how happy of an ending he achieved, since there's no point in having a different timeline if you didn't live through it.

Also it's crazy to think that his first timeline, in which he already married Mika, is now gone forever. From now on, the canon timeline for everytime he goes back to future will be this one where he went insane and accused as rapist. Of course, only if he doesn't change the past (he boutta do now).

Well since it's a manga i don't really complain bout nothing but if i were him i'll just be grateful that my (first and last) life is me happily married while having a stable income.

He have his plot armor so he can gamble to change the past, but me ? Bet my ass i'm just gonna make my past worse.

it is probably the husband of the current timeline. the fact that he has so much power and has her this time.
I don't believe any of the stalkers that kills him to be actual time travelers. he should be the only one. otherwise they wouldn't be killing him in the first place so that they could avoid him going back.

Hm, after thinking some more and seeing this chapter where he is questioning his own lust or possessiveness over her I can see another ending, the ending where he miraculously survived the train accident and woke up in a hospital bed.

This theory is based on two core beliefs:

1. We have not seen the original timeline after his accident but he can travel between childhood and other futures.

2. If the painter man was such a freak he would have taken her in the original timeline. But I can also guess he just liked her pure version... anyway, lack of all these villains in the original timeline can also means that all of them are mirror image of his own thoughts.

So here we are, we can see two possible endings. He got her virginity after going through his current timeline, quite impossible as it will challenge every possible logic. Second will be him waking up and being just happy, again a difficult setting as he was in an accident with a damn train.

The only problem with ending #2 (he goes back to the original timeline, avoids the train accident and just stays grateful for his happy life using all the confidence and growth he acquired) is that Miyama wasn’t his friend in the original timeline so to see such an absolute bro / ultimate homie just disappear is pretty sad. Part of the growth Tooru is experiencing now involves Miyama too since he’s thinking about Miyama’s future as well and not just his.

I like how the author tries to justify his pervertednes for determination. Now let's see where this is headed in the future.
