You silly Furio, you NEVER eat "italian" dishes outside of Italy: it is usually better go with the local traditional dishes

Napolitan is not an Italian dish. Also it was invented in Yokohama, Japan. So Furio did eat a local dish. Also, Italians prefer Italian dishes made by their mom. No one will ever cook pasta like their mother.

As a side note, Hotel New Grand in Yokohama is still in operation. I've stayed there because it offered a wiew of the harbour and the Gundam Factory. The latter is not in operation anymore, though.

And an Italian mama being a "dreadfully fearsome force" seems on point.
