It’s usually only available on domestic flights. The 3 reliable ways of getting your hands on some are: a) Fly domestic NH (ANA) or JL (JAL) flights… b) For the JAL version, go to Costco in Japan and check for SKU77736. c) For the ANA version, go to ANA Festa stores - which are in most Japanese airports.
