Yeah, I get why it feels off. Chapter 4.1 was all about the sister. Now in 4.2, we’re back to where the corpse king left off in chapter 3.2.

Alright, starting to make some progress. I REALLY hope they don’t bring back the sister’s storyline anytime soon. They need to let the main storyline progress and marinate so there’s a solid foundation before bringing in a sub story. I think they’re trying to do it simultaneously to keep it chronologically sound, but it just comes across as messy.

We return from establishing the yandere sister isekai-ing into the same fantasy world to get back on track with the main quest that kinda feels like a side quest to eventually hopefully give more information on where the next key main quest event is and hopefully get us closer to re-establishing his old harem in time for it to introduce possibly new harem members. Maybe.
