@DrWhoCares I wasn't sure what would be equally cutesy in English. Normally it'd be "Master" or "Sir", but I wasn't sure how to translate -sama > -tama. Mostly cause I don't have a cute bone in my body. So I simply hoped that the reader'd understand that the honorific being used was nonstandard, either through prior experience or by Sensei's reaction.

The closest I can come up with is something like "Myaaster" or "Nyaaster"...cause she's a cat maid. If you have a suggestion (or if I'm totally off-point), feel free to tell me.

P.S. I actually did have a chance to visit the maid cafe at fanime last weekend, but I didn't. It would've been great reference material.

P.P.S. Yes I misspelled ご主人, cause in my head I went ご注文, so ごちゅうじん.... but yeah, I'll fix that at some point.

Simple as that, you got it. Ignore the honorific, as it's less of an honorific, and more of part of an entirely separate word.
ご主人 = "Husband"
ご主人様 = "Master"
Then she's just being cutesy, and is a cat maid, so "Myaaster" comes easily from there.
