Honestly, my favourite part of this chapter is knowing that either the Author had to actually contemplate "Muscle Philosophy" when writing this, or they already had contemplated it and were simply espousing something they genuinely believe in (which would be even funnier).

"What kind of parent would I be if I didn't even let my child experience pain if he wants to?" This is a peak parenting stance. Let your child grow and experience things while you're there to support them, to catch them if they fall and celebrate their successes.
