I was hoping no one would notice the mistake, at least until this arc was finished, but yes, K misread the kanji at first, and later, when I noticed the furigana, we were almost a dozen chapters in. We could update the chapters here, but it's been re-posted all over the internet, and those copies won't get updated. Not sure what the best course of action is at this point; opinions welcome.

I actually kind of like how horrible their relationship is, it's very different from the usual straightforward romcom where there's some surface level drama that gets resolved easily and everyone is happy. This is obviously a fundamental problem with Sato's personality, and is genuine grounds for them to break up as any normal person would have at this point. That being said I'm only saying this to cope with the fact that I actually wanted Himeno (Himeui?) to win and deus ex machina team just killed her chances...

SSF redemption arc was, truthfully, one of the last things I expected out of this manga (although I guess it’s been about 40 chapters since I stopped actively caring about it beyond “oh boy, a new chapter of my favourite slop romcom dropped”)

If anyone is wondering, we will be correcting the name “Himeno” to “Himeui” starting in Chapter 94 (she's not in CH 93 and is only mentioned briefly in CH 94).

We apologize for the confusion, and to make up for it, we're going to start posting chapters weekly.

I wondered about that too for a moment, but I realized Niga* was probably one of the guys who approached Sato to ask her out and was brutally shot down by the Salt-God before she started dating Oshio. Ogano was probably just taking the chance to take a shot at him. This is apparently character development for Niga Ryuuto.

Remember, the current SSF trio was introduced as a bit of a retcon in CH 72. Before that, the SSF were a larger, shadowy group that almost did bodily harm to Oshio. The trio were introduced as the group's founder and leaders, but it was actually the first time we'd seen them 'on screen'. They quickly devolved into comic relief, doing dastardly deeds like splashing Oshio with water and forcing him to eat an oversized parfait.
