Confusing chapter. Is this one of those things where less mature folks get bothered by it more & more mature folks get bothered by it less? Their world has superpowers, so maybe there's also behaviour related to them that's either appropriate or inappropriate, such as talking about evolution of abilities. Maybe it's supposed to be personal information, like asking about someone's romantic life.

No, it is a chapter about a single person (kuroi) believing something innocent is ecchi, and sucessfully gaslighting another person (mc) into thinking the same thing.

I'm so fucking pissed at myself for recognizing that dance just from the picture. I didn't think I was that far gone.

On the whole evolution thing: my guess (and I'm not really sure since my knowledge of Japanese is very limited) is that its probably something similar to "hentai" having the double meaning of both "transform" and "porn/pervert." Maybe someone who actually knows what they're talking about can take a look at the raws.
