In Chapter 21 (the beach episode), you can see a black shadowy silhouette out in the ocean staring at Hikaru when the gals ask him to play at the beach. Granted, the timing doesn't exactly add up (The chapter was released before the Winter 2024 Special Episodes), but I don't exactly know anyone else who has that kind of appearance in the school.

At the very least Otsuji has actually drawn fanart of those episodes so I imagine they're definitely down to do some sort of adaptation though.

Well, if we wanted to get kinda technical Noriko have always been there watching over Hikaru from some impossible hidden spot undiscovered by anyone. Considering Noriko got obliterated by Masa in the end I am not sure whether the manga would want the ocassional serious atmosphere from time to time
