You don't have to stop if you don't want to, but you can't honestly have expected that no one would notice the drastic difference in quality between the chapters. Different fonts, character names spelled differently, even different watermarks. Did you really not expect this reaction?

yea so i have chapter 10.2 openned side by side on MangaDex and another site. This is just the old groups work. word for word font for font. the only thing that isnt the same is the shitty watermark and the credit pages being removed. Look keep going if you want to, the chapter you did yourself is abit rough and could use some proofreading and there is some translation errors but dont state work as your own when it clearly isnt

given that the last chapters were re-uploads of another groups work I honestly wouldnt be surprised if mangadex staff delete them all and ban spiderlily for posting them with credits removed. so its not even a matter of whether spider continues the series or not, they likely wont be here to do so regardless 😅

I had a feeling they were reuploads when I saw the website watermarks when i was rereading, but dropping it because people pointed out your own TL was not the same quality as the one you reuploaded just seems really petty. Would have been way more understandable if people were actually posting insults.

Given some of the mistranslation it wouldn't even surprise me if it's MTL they're trying to pass it off as 'their' effort.

if you're going to try and pass off someone else's work as your own, at least put in the effort to cover your ass more by keeping to the same standard, otherwise you don't get to throw a fit when people point it out
