I made it this far but i still had my dreams crushed at around chapter 40 when they finished quashing my hopes that Kazuma was gay and liked Yui being in Yuuta's body and didn't want them to change back. Meanwhile female Yuuta and Koizumi would go off and frolic in strawberry fields forever.

Well next chapter's raw is already out so hopefully the TL will be released soon.
Interesting to see that it's going for a different approach to the ending. I can see the story going like in @softanner reply.
But thinking about it rationally the author & publisher probably gonna change the ending to a very happy one.
Here's hoping it won't though.
