At the risk of being helpful in the shitpost thread, almost all of the groups that get nuked (and end up with a note on their group page on the mainsite referring to rule 5.2.22) are paywalling chapters. It's okay to run an external Discord and to ask people to join, and it's okay to ask for freewill contributions, and it's even okay to have FREE 'early-release' chapters on your groupsite for a short time before putting them on MD, but having chapters or other content available only to 'paying subscribers' is considered competing with MD and results in a ban and removal of content. (See the pins in #support on MD's Discord for a bit more detail - Barto has a breakout.)
