The Invisible Thing has never been mentioned again but is presumably God.
The Imagine Breaker is a weird anti-supernatural thing that is only manifested in one person at a time, its 'divine' so to speak.
There is an opposite version of Imagine Breaker called World Rejecter owned by another character who serves as Touma's foil.
