After this chapter, I'm even more convinced that the author of this manga has some kind of mental disorder. Otherwise, I can't understand this overwhelming urge to mess with the audience. The plot adds nothing of value to the story or characters — it's just disgusting for the sake of being disgusting. This manga, like Rent a Girlfriend, is beyond saving. Stop consuming this content as soon as possible; it's the best thing you can do for your mental well-being
