Yea, I'm hoping it's her new mother after she was reborn. It's hard to make sense of how a mother who was loving in the beginning could turn so evil like that, seems more like it's a new mother. Regardless, I know that this is fictional but my god the types of torture I'd commit on that piece of shit would make Unit 731 look like child's play. Also, her boyfriend needs to also be arrested as an accessory. He knew she was being neglected and didn't do shit, and instead encouraged it. He's not as bad as the vile woman, but he's still a huge piece of shit as well. Would be great if he saw jail time as well.
