Oh interesting. I didn’t think mixed heritage. That could be interesting. Though I feel like his disgust at seeing a human slave makes it more likely that he was a slave and is still pretty ticked about it. Wouldn’t be surprised if his plan was to take out the leader of the human slave territory



also, wanna bet that the beastman “slave“ girl is actually the leader of her own slave operation in disguise trying to kill the competition?

Agreed, like a previous comment on this thread; she is most likely a high ranking slave owner seeking to knock off the competition. It wouldn't surprise me if she held the will of the world rather than the human supremacist.

It's already very odd she was able to witness the battle between the spies in the demon region and yet get captured to be sent off to the demihuman region. Not to mention completely seeing through a high ranking demon's disguise and abilities.

She'll likely still get to show off, but in the end either reinforcements will come in, the guy will do something underhanded to subdue her, or an even bigger bad will show up, and it'll necessitate the demon lord hopping in to save her.

It's pretty uncommon for a manga like this to make sure to go "oh by the way, even though we had her infiltrate on her own, the demon lord's army is actually on standby and able to transfer there immediately, y'know, just in case", and not have that standby army get invoked.

That would be as surprising as a stretch, but either race hunting other race to be sold off to other race in neat little circle of life would be, hilarious.
