Page 29 definitely looks weird. Aside from the crowd being questionable, the flow of the story on pages 28-30 is just weird. First the demon lord makes some magic circles around the beast and blasts something in its direction, but then next page he is teleporting into the crowd but then the next page the crowd is gone and nothing seems to have happened to the beast. It's a weird fragment

It's more likely just awkward perspective or CG models scanned to the page. Look at the visible hands: properly proportioned, five digits, slightly misshapen in that "hands are hard to draw" way rather than the "image generation struggles with individual digits" way.

Even with the manga inking tones you can still see how the crowd is shaded like the most typical shading style seen in AI generations, it's 100% touched-up AI but more importantly it's AI implemented with very unfitting and unmatching perspective.
