@Sep10trion until now nothing leads to believe that there is no info on that, its like saying that a potion will heal you more if you desire it but we just know its just an item that heals no matter the state of the mind of the user, or you are going to say that his bullets can kill because the bandits had a strong will to die?

@Sep10trion gods move in mysterious ways. Also he has a silent gunning mode, which he used on the coach roof without the people inside being any the wiser, so her ears will probably be fine.

It's possible he was so insistent on a resolute answer because he was worried how the slave contract would react to him point blank shooting her with a rifle. Even if it is a healing bullet, still a bullet.

Pretty sure his gun can fire normal non-magical rounds, so killing is still easy peasy. And this healing is obviously
magical in nature, so who knows what parameters would affect it? Trust, a contract, desire, willpower, etc. I doubt it'll go
into any great depth though.

So it's possible her tits were cut off. Also, it says hyper healing, so maybe it just accelerates natural healing, so her will to live might affect it somewhat, versus imparted healing from a potion or spell, which should heal the same amount regardless of the person's wishes.

@RiceNipple after the Mahou shojou transformation she's wearing clothes, so they aren't free to stick out as far, and the baggy cloth is disguising her narrow waist.
