how come the so-called daughter ai knows that her mother carol will become single forever due to confession of another girl to her father kotaro, since she was born from carol and kotaro from her timeline

i have two theories though.

things mentioned by ai could be only white lies
1. Ai parents (kotaro and carol) was never been married and she was born out of wedlock, thus traveling back in time to help her mother (younger version) to get together with kotaro and be married before she was born.
or
2. Ai is the future version of carol.

even carol asked ai how she knows that future (single life of carol) but instead ai answer her that in her timeline they developed how to time travel and not answering directly the question of carol (chapter 2, page 14).

Maybe i'm just jumping too much for just mere 2 chapters but i just wanted to share a small opinion/theory.... 😄
