It has been officially released in English by Kodansha. 2 volumes has been out (up to chapter 18). Volume 3 will be out this spring.

Whole manga has been translated for anyone wondering.
Can be found on other sites.

Yeah, by Kodansha. Those translations are their intellectual property, so they won't be posted here, ever (unlike Viz, their licenses don't expire).

This is one of the best stories I've read. You can find it on other sites but it's worth buying. Also the fan translation sucks as the official English just flows much more better. It's suppose to be a novelist telling a story.

Just personaly. I give this prefect score. Art from one of my favorite author and his slice of life sense. Write by one big name author even i don't really like his direction of bakemonogatari work.

This was way better than I expected. Was tabbing through my tabs of manga that caught my eye enough to leave open but not interesting enough to compel me to read before they move so far to the right chrome no longer renders them. There are a lot of those, over 200. The number of chapters and synopsis felt exactly like what I wanted at the moment, so I tried reading it only to remember why I gave up on kissmanga (they hate ublock). Tried searching for it here, but there was no chapters. But I eventually decided to make the effort and find it elsewhere and a quick google later started reading.

The start was very winded and meh, and throughout it all felt quite mediocre, not much different than what I expected. But yet still I found it far more touching than it ought to be, building a connection to the characters with each chapter. And the epilogue actually letting me get closure in terms of the legalities from such a situation, avoided me hating it (thought several times that if those matters are just swept under the rug, I would feel really annoyed).
Only thing I kind of dislike is that the romantic inside me wanted that new editor to be the girl and not just some stranger. And mangaka clearly expected this as she was drawn similar. But also confirmed it wasn't her by writing the full name as well as not having them recognize each other. But on the other hand, the realist in me (which admittedly is weaker than the romantic) was fully ok with this. Still, would have preferred the ending satisfying both the romantic and realist, where she went obsessive over him and stalked him until that reunion.

@Ketsujo If you mean that there are no chapters, that's only cause it's not uploaded here on mangadex. Go look on it on other site, for example mangaseeonline.

The editor is definitely the girl. His unbolded inner monologue at the end is written in present tense, what he was thinking at the time. He didn't recognize her at first but she did him. That's why she was nervous, which he misattributes to the other editor not being there. She's clearly emotional and animated, and he notes she greets and speaks very politely, which he says could be because of her parents. Ironically as it turns out. It's also why she says she's looking forward to "hearing" more of his stories which he thinks is weird as an editor is supposed to read. Also he gave the girl the false name U U and the editor's real name is Yuu Yuugure. Also just look at her face when they shake hands.
