i feel like it's not going for the "shoujo bullying trope --> sike it's yuri" gag like in the pre-serialization, it's just kind of it's own thing. Which isn't bad per se, but I found the original premise funnier.
@bkre I actually feel bad for Hiyama. The constant nagging is annoying but it suggests she has deep insecurities, and the fact that Kimura hasn't actually done anything to clarify her feelings about Hiyama means she constantly feels the need to cling to her. I think in this case Kimura's timidness is partially to blame. That's just my speculation though.
