I wonder if the princess has remembered Touya at all. As she was the one that summoned him in the first place and she’s irritated that her hero lost to a nobody. So if she remembers after meeting him again, I wonder what she will think as she probably will come to realize her mistake of banishing him and try to win him back, but of course Touya will reject her. Or she might by surprised that he was still in her world as one of her mages had supposedly sent back to his world, but in truth that mage just teleported him to a random location.

From what I remember the hero isn't from Japan, he is from another fantasy world, but yeah, there is something wrong with that dude if he listen all that and the conclusion he reached is that he need to get stronger in order to protect the princess(that was trying to pick a new hero to take his place)

Obviously the bad dude can't be from Japan™, since the civilized japanese© salaryman® will be acting almighty protecting every form of life (promotion not applicable to henchmen, animals or creatures needed to level up) and forgiving every person they encounter (obviously they will come again for revenge killing more innocent people before being forgiven again by the lame MC).
