Honestly glad they didn't have sex. I mean we established already that the elf looks and (sort of) acts like a little girl, why would the author make her have sex? Tired of these pedophile authors inserting their fantasies into what would otherwise be a normal isekai. The other two girls are probably like 16 years old too.

Edit: and just to be clear the inclusion of them "sleeping together" is still weird
