I think it's just about something that grabs your attention. I actually find almost anything with a melody relaxing, in a sense. Especially when trying to sleep. Something about trying to stop thinking really makes me start thinking about things I'm worried about or just random thoughts. So, I've started to listen to music at a low volume and it's helped. It isn't any special playlist, it's just music on shuffle.
Thanks to the scanlation groups, and whomever suggested the medley. I've enjoyed both.
