This story gets really confusing with all the swaps. I bet it will be more simple once most of the characters get killed off.

I don't really think it's necessary to redo the first 5 chapters. The last translation was fine.

You're doing God's work. Hope things get well. The ending was such a huge mindfuck when I skimmed the Korean TL a few years ago lol (I don't know Korean and had to make do with the janky Google Translate app back in 2020 and still couldn't parse it) so hopefully it goes well! At least it's a relatively short manga.
