Pretty sure that's not normal brain matter. It looks more like fish roe or something, so I'd assume that it works differently as a result of the swap thing, with that being why he was able to walk around with the back of his head blown off without dying instantly.
Anyways, there're apparently two insane people on the loose now, huh! Allen-body is almost certainly one of the classmates based on the eye-sore comment, and they're probably referring to Eguchi rather than Allen himself, both based on their comment about Allen being her "from today on" and due to the fact that they didn't try much to change Allen's base appearance.
Said line also sounded like an admission, rather than just a statement of opinion, so I'd imagine that whoever's in his body probably pretended to like Eguchi before the swap. But looking back at chapter one, there doesn't seem to be anyone like that. So the other possibility I'm thinking of right now is that it was someone who didn't often speak their mind and was mostly quiet. The flashy cape look would fit well with that, as it's almost like a chuunibyou thing that comes about due to kids being raised more strictly.
Speaking of chuunibyou, though, there is Totoki Shinichi with his eyepatch. It's been a while since I've read through this entirely, so I don't exactly remember who's in whose body, but he might make sense here if he hasn't already been identified. (If anyone has a document or list or something, that'd be great. I am considering making one myself for personal use, though.)
And following the fact that I'm pretty sure we haven't seen Suzumori's body yet and that the main killer's body seems to be male, (based on the hands and general body shape) the killer is almost certainly in his body. Because story / drama reasons. And Kanade's soul is probably somewhere interesting for similar reasons. (Maybe she's the one in Allen's body?)
Also, something that should maybe be considered is the possibility that the killer wearing the face isn't actually the main killer guy introduced at the beginning. Like, it probably, almost certainly is, but it could end up being different for surprising plot twist reasons. "Real Killer" could either have already been killed, or is currently waiting to strike. If that's the case, Kanade could be the face-wearing killer for maximum Twist Points™.
...Anyways, I apparently spent like thirty whole minutes writing this. I'm definitely putting too much effort in for this stupid gore-porn manga, but I just can't help it! It's written basically perfectly to bait someone like me into analyzing it's mystery. Just like that stupid freaking pervert mystery girl panties-Cinderella manga where the correct answer turned out to be the MC's non-character little sister! At least this one seems at least decent. Hopefully we don't see any exhibitionist younger half-sisters in the later chapters.
