It is decent.
But it has a charm, even if it is not great or anything.
It shows how school-life manga is; interesting random chat, gain something new with many point of views from club activities, not exaggerated characters, spinning on a youth dream : what you do not and want to do and in the same time they know 'what is love' too. Makes Shunkan Gradation in a nutshell. I found it very natural.
The impact isn't something make you go Kyaa Kyaa, the route seems different and I like it and not boring at all. If you need many cheesy scenes, look for another series, it's easy peasy.
I'm pretty sure this isn't noisy cliche like most of shoujo manga out there.
And talk about their characters, they aren't exaggerating themselves, or as self-ego characters (maybe I can say there is one or two, like the blonde guy for example). The heroine has clumsy, likes to wander, air-head personality but in the same times she is thoughtful.
Their encounter will be the most important thing, they are buddies and they will get to know each other with something new they share together.
As for now, because there is translator for this, I'm not intend to read the raw myself. I give it a safe number around 7-8.
