One of the things that bug me about these "reincarnate into grown body" type stories is the MC gets used to their body so quickly. Any kind of intense physical activity would require a lot of muscle memory that gets developed over time. Yet MC is apparently able to perform at high level in a short amount of time, skipping all that neural pathway optimizations. The only thing we get is that hand-wave "this new body needs time to adjust" in ch 1. Ok, you have all those skills and all, but ya still need to develop sufficient body strength, joint flexibility, visual acuity, etc.

Funny enough Goku in Dragon Ball Daima did take like half of the series getting used to his small body.

We're only 4 chapters in and haven't seen much, but it's already probably my favorite of the series that recently got started here on MD

Yes, correct. The MC has a distinctive way of speaking, she uses "じゃ" (ja) and refers to herself as "わし" (washi)

And "わし" (washi) is a pronoun in Japanese that is typically associated with a old man.

Wtf are they talking about? The enemy just walked through the main door. Seems like the barrier is as useless as the rest of this forts defenses. Or the mangaka just need some plot point and couldn't be bothered to flesh it out.

Lore and story writing seems to be an absolute mess in this manga. A shame really because I liked the art style. I probably should stop reading garbage and finish my backlog of actually good manga.
