Well, because they don't have normal sex. It's always some sort of fight and brawl, sometimes involving magic etc. And the act itself is most likely pleasurable but still rough and tiring for Leon. He even said this himself in this chapter. So seems like he isn't really eager to have sex with her too often. Besides, they both are still playing their tsundere roles because of their honor. And this is comedy after all so exaggeration is pretty normal.
