But this is confusing since begining until the end
I feel many manga authors want to have an unique plot, but don't know how to continue the story or even how it should end

This author is a good artist however doesn't know how to cook.
Starting off with the end off the world can work, however it will have to be a story of survival; which this kind of was however it wasn't done well. The other thing that can be done is show what came before the apocalypse, which this author also tired to do, however they failed again. generally its a good idea to start of with a basic idea and develop the characters before you start racing the stakes and only start to end the world towards the end of the story. But the way this was done made it a mess from the beginning. An a side note the author should probably stick to producing porn, they will get more money and it doesn't matter if their is no plot. (I don't know if they have done so yet, but with their art style and a look at their other manga I assume they have done so.)

This ending really reminds me of SHE The Ultimate Weapon. It's a happier ending though since Michiru genuinely accepts Hikari (and Hikari is weakened at the end instead of strengthened)
