I don't think so tbh since u only need about 10,000 breeding pairs I think for humans to have enough genetic diversity, not to mention they have enough technology to prevent most genetic diseases from getting into the population.
Gender imbalance will even itself out even without gender selection and tbh its probably more meaningful to hav a stable transition with like a lot of people caring and redeveloping the world for the newborns than just breeding.
Like actually 5 guys breeding creates more problems down the line and humans would actually die off completely if its just them breeding.
