What I don't get is this ... You hate men ... but became an agent that has to serve to every whim of a man? That seems kind of bass-ackwards to me. Even if you wanted to help out the women who were hurt by the passing of all men. By becoming an agent, with the rules going against your very core of what you believe, shouldn't you have just been like "nah, I'm out". Also, why would they let a man-hating woman become an agent in the first place ... doesn't seem like it makes any sense. But of course, we have to have one out of the bunch slip through the cracks just for 'drama' LOL.

I guess the author's planning on extending the story. If he had solved the issue with the MK virus cleanly here it would've been over, but there's still some potential plot threads to take.
For one, the MK virus could mutate inside of Reito and turn him into a different person.
I wouldn't be surprised if Reito lost some of his memories and started behaving differently to the point that the girls want the previous Reito back.

They could also make it so that Reito's immune system fights past this invasion giving him a stronger constitution against the MK Virus. If that happens the MK Virus could evolve around the world and negatively impact the asshole guys and leave Reito as the sole survivor. I'm not sure about this plot thread since those other guys allow for the author to write his rape fantasies w/o dirtying the MCs hands.

They could make Reito comatose, and the girls would have to find a way to cure the MK virus with only the clues in his body.

Bunch of possible plot vectors.

I'd honestly stop reading. His heroines are literally the best out of all the ones introduced, and that's because they're actually able to act as characters since Reito himself's a good person and allows for that.
Imagine just following around a bunch of selfish asshats who just get whatever they want. Plot would honestly just degrade into porn and the female characters would be reduced into just good looking faces.

Not saying this artist wouldn't be able to draw good porn or anything, but I actually like the global politics and seeing the girls fall in actual love when they had no intention to.

Like seriously, most of Reito's girls were willing to just accept him as a man, but as the story has gone on they fell for him really hard. Honestly puts a smile to my face seeing the coldest looking heroine write his name out multiple times on glass with hearts next to it.

The problem with that is that they TOLD her ... in this VERY chapter what it entails. At that point she could have easily been like ... 'okay then I'm out'. But no. She stuck around maybe because she wanted to 'Gallus gallus domesticus hexahedron' the MC because she started to have feelings for Mira. At that point, it falls straight into the tired category of the trope about jealous man-hating women trying to stop the MC from getting it on with the woman they like. That trope needs to die.

And we still have a lot more to discover on this world, so once they have the antidote I think there'll still be a couple of arcs..
