the amnesia trope is older than me (53 yrs) the vampire trope is older than me....the nearest work this feels like is I AM LEGEND the book by Richard Matheson (1954) and that story has been borrowed from alot both by anime manga comic books and various movie adaptations....but unless it starts going verbatim to those sources then no its not plagirism
