I might check this out in a year or so see if we're not in another flashback where the sword guy tells the epic backstory of how he got a papercut and it taught him the true sword art of HONGSHUTWATYWAAH, swings his sword once then forces the other persons SUPERSAIYAN GREEN FORM!
