I don't mind both an LQ and an HQ both being there, it's nice to have two version to compare the translations. Even the HQ translation, which releases 1-2 weeks after LQ, might not be perfect. But having 3 groups, and 2 LQ versions is too much and will confuse newcomers like you said. le_demiurge's translation is actually decent, so he should continue.

Plus, deleting the chapters would delete the comment section too, so that would waste the time people spend commenting.
