While there's a "Girls Last Tour" feel, it is really more like Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou (Diary of a Yokohama Shopping Trip) to me.

Didn't expect Girl's Last Tour fans in the comments, but not too surprising either. GLT is my all time favorite anime/manga and this manga does remind me of it so I'm already liking this so far.
