Is it just me, or considering the situation that wasn't such an extreme thought.

His friend could have potentially died or killed lots of people, in comparison just losing one finger isn't that bad.

That was my exact thought lmao. At first when he said "cut it" I thought he meant his friend in half and I was shocked, but then he said pinky and i was immediately just like 'oh OK then'. Honestly a lost finger has to be the absolute least terrible outcome in this situation (apart from shy's no casualty anime stunt lol)
