I don't remember if we ever got a concrete age, but we know she wasn't extremely young when Teru was born, then died when Teru was in middle school. That's a big time gap. At the youngest she'd be late high-school in my estimations, and that's close enough.

She's 8 years older than Teru, and died roughly 3 years before the story, which would put her at 18 or 19 at the time of death.
