The male character suddenly having different hair tones in ch 2 threw me off.

Thought she had switched to another guy mid chapter for a moment there.

I guess the artist was low on black ink on ch 2?

Want to point out, vis-a-vis the title, that "TS娘" doesn't mean "trans girl". It means "TS girl" which can include trans girls if they've been magically or medically modified into something indistinguishable from someone born female. But TS girls may not like their new state and in fact oftentimes gender bender humor involves them being quite uncomfortable with it.

But considering Yacchan pretty much chose to have this treatment seemingly, I do think the chosen English title is informative and accurate. Presuming it was something Yacchan actively wanted and like, not because the treatment incidentally feminized them while giving them back the ability to walk.
