You got me, the bonus time wasn't cleared, so there was no signal for them to commit suicide.
Unless something else along this list that hasn't been revealed yet. Maybe waking up?
1- Violence against other people.
2- Telling someone else about the hypnosis.
3- Pinch your nose.
4- Kick a ball with your right leg.
5- Sit in the school hallway.
6- Drink coffe.
7- Yawn in front of a teacher.
8- Touch erect genitals with your hands.
9- Burst out laughing.
10- Stumble and fall.
11- Lose in rock paper scissors.
12- Throw something other than garbage in the bin.
13- Leave school.
14- Use both hands to lower a bra.
15- Use your hands to take off your shoe in the entrance.

17- Take a plug out of an outlet. (I presume it was plug and not plus)
18- Drink water from a PET bottle .
19- Comb your hair up with your hand. (just kill everyone who has a bang, I guess)

22- Draw lots (yeah, this one makes sense, what a dick)

@alanala They weren´t "designated" once during the bonus round.
And this whole medicament-stuff was kind of a letdown. It came literally out of nowhere and was resolved with "They don´t work LOL". Like it was just an excuse to kill of the teachers families so there are no loose ends. Author should have gone with the "It takes a few weeks to mass-produce the meds, so the game continues"-option and have only three samples in the first place.
Also, wouldn´t Sakakis first move have been to let Kashimura take one, since she is the only person in the class he cares about?
