@relic626 i don't think anna was being exploited. i think she was just trying to please sophie who was in turn trying to please gunner. when i said sophie i meant lina originally. just got their names mixed up. i think lina has some issues that's linked to how she was introduced all those chapters ago. something about trust or self-reliance? we'll see.

@ninjazz For lina i think it ties back to when gunner met her and the deal they made. She seems like the loyal type so splitting off from gunner might be difficult for her.

@relic626 i actually went back to the first few chapters to go remember her name and in doing so when gunner suggests working as a prostitute for him she had this "not again" look of shock. then asks if he really could protect her. i think that may be the root of it all. if hyun can prove he can protect her better than gunner, that he's more reliable, then i think it's a done deal since he already seems to beat him in the sex department. don't really get the loyal vibe from lina. i think mia is the loyal type. puts herself in the line to protect hyun, even if it does end it tormenting hyun in the process.

Hard to say which girl he'll pull to his side first sophie or lina.

Nuna's reaction was very out of character for her. She seeks protection which is why she's working for Gunner. But she doesn't freak out over someone saying something like hoping she does something. That's just not her personality. She'd say what she needs and ask if there is a more pleasant alternative. Which Hyun would doubtless have.
