It's interesting seeing a series where almost everyone speaks so poshly, especially as a Brit lol.

Though I'll take this cause it at least fits the setting, over the one series that had someone translating everything through a British chav slang filter simply to piss people off (never seen so many inits in a manga in my life including the ones actually SET in Britain lol)

MC at least seems like she's got a nice friend (the first gen baron's daughters and her kitty to keep her going, not sure how the prince and his aide expect her to catch a major incident culprit on her own lol.

There are some things she's very particular about. Like exposing his nightly adventures. Which, from a normal perspective, seems weird. But she's weird, and that's why she's fun. Especially when she gets excited about something.

I get that it's her mission to protect the 2nd prince, but they don't know that. If they suspect her of being an accomplice, to task her with finding the cuplrit is naught but folly for reasons twain:
1. Burden of proof lies in the accuser (then again, snob nobles oft flaunt the skirting of law)
2. If she truly is an accomplice, she'll have leave to cover up evidence, foist blame on an innocent, etc

They're better served investigating themselves but also securing Monica's cooperation just in case. Then again these are youths, at the height of summer foolishness.

Iirc the one I was referencing was about a young woman going to work as a sex worker in a soap land.

Genuinely one of the most unhinged translation jobs I'd ever seen lol.

aww I'll miss the nightmare fuel M&M. I actually kinda hope you go the other way and make it horrifyingly "cutesy" (like vomit up a bad of sugar cutesy) but i suppose i'll see soon XD
