yeah, for me the transition between pen and paper to digital was also rough but after a while you get used to it. its also way easier imo.
you just gotta find a good posture and also make sure you get some degree of daily physical excercice, it will help you.
(seen an artist I follow recommend that and my persoanl experience also back up that claim)
