This is a silly little story where the author is trying to fool the reader. The FL is supposed to be an intelligent math Wiz but it is under utilize except that magic use math and she only knows fire magic at episode 20. Every scheme or action she takes seem to have a plot twist to show that it is not a good decision. There is also communication and information issues. Trying to make it light hearted with some comedy, more plot twists to discredit the FL and ML intelligence like breaking the secret of FL as a fool as they thought noone is in the room instead of continuing the act. Because it ends at episode 52, the story progresses fast to show FL magic ability and plot twist on the imperial infighting
