In this case, the fault here lies on the requester for not being up front on what kind of job she needed spare hands on and how their business' practices and [promiscuous] reputation goes against Chris' beliefs. Had she been honest from the start, Chris has every right to turn down the request, regardless of her reasons for doing so, and I wouldn't fault her for it.
I will have to admit, though, Chris could also be a little less condescending and holier-than-thou to customers. This would have been an opportunity for her to demonstrate how God and Jesus are good, has made an impact of her life, and spreading that love and joy to others, inviting the customers to learn more about them. Her actions here would only push them away.
