Huh, so if trials for extra-terrestrials have to take place off the surface of the planet (page 5), that would imply kuchisake-onna is actually an extra-terrestrial being. Either that, or refilling the paper in a photocopier is an interplanetary law. Also, subtle joke where Ryuko urges Moriya to tell the kuchisake-onna that he thinks she's pretty (page 6)...

Very much not normal. That's only about 1/10 the number of votes a low popularity manga would get on the low end of that spectrum. Highly popular would be getting around 100x total votes entered.

I have one exception to the rule of refilling the copier when you empty it. If you are incapable of telling the difference between standard weight printing paper and cardstock/photo paper you are excused from refilling. You should be excused from working in an office but I'm not management, I just have to fix the damn machine when you jam it.
