That's a hamfisted development if I've ever seen one... I get that using the domination skill on an attractive woman is part of the power fantasy, but it feels like the author both wasn't willing to fully commit and let the MC be a bad person or come up with a good reason for him to do it.
Instead it's just "Oops, I accidentally made her completely mine!" and every store just so happens to not have the needed item and the party circumstances mean they won't be getting the item anytime soon either even though they could. Ahaha, oops, just have to have a hot slave that insists on calling me master because of how her skill works. Silly world we live in.
Also, maybe it's just a translation thing, but I don't see why being commanded to be absolutely obedient would make you want to be ordered around. It would make you follow orders, but why would it make you want it? Just feels like more forced fetish material.

On that it's because it's a taming skill not a mind control skill. Taming skills work by maximizing positive associations to the point they want to fulfill the orders usually.

Thanks for the chapter
First half of the chapter was good in that it explores and establishes the MC's reluctance to use his OP skill. The second half turns to total shit. Of course they wouldn't prepare the item needed to make the test safe ahead of time. Only an idiot is prepared for the obvious consequences of their own actions.
The dispel stone will definitely not work because the writers of these domination style stories usually just suck as people and see nothing wrong with this situation. I'd love to be surprised here.

Seems to me this is also either the author's plan, or the girl's, to force the MC to go to that specific dungeon. I mean, it just so happens that the dungeon where her party disbanded, that was being shut down due to instability, is the only place to reliably get the one item that may or may not undo taming effect.
As for the suddenly being a clingy submissive, it's probably due to the wording in Japanese giving a specific mental image of what obedience looks like.
She's been established as a complete meathead; having her think "I'll go get one if I need it" seems completely in line with all her behaviour and reasoning shown so far.
Like when they were talking about how expensive it is and she's just "Just go farm dungeons for a bit if you need the money" shows she doesn't really grasp the importance of preparation; what happens if you can't go farming because of the status effect lady.
