Wasn’t it said that using magic outside the body was hard without lots of practice and a bit of talent? I’m assuming that that light is sorcery, which means these brothers are even more interesting.

@LegitRikk was a few conditions. Said everyone can use it for physical enhancement through training, mages can use magic items, and rare individuals can project magic within a short range without needing an item.
